I joined Pure Gym today, I can't wait for it to open, I weighed in at 13-11 today, well pleased with that ! Had my discipline at work today , for an accident I had 2 weeks ago, I was let off, as they thought it was a 50/50 accident, so a big relief for me .

Started again today, a good 30lbs lighter than the last time I tried, but it is still hard work.  I want to do the Manchester 10k in May, a big target 🎯 but hey ho, you never know :-)

STS Pecking my head

Still behaving, done 30 days logging on MFP now, which I am proud of, knuckling down on boxing day !
My weight has not changed this week, I knew this time would come, but it still hurts.
The weather is so cold, my bike hasn't moved for weeks, except to go into the trainer for a few minutes, which I can't stand doing.
Walking is good, and I am going to walk to work today.
Angie says I have OCD about my weight loss this time, but everyone can see this is the real deal this time.
I am counting down the days until Pure gym opens here, a good workout after work at 1am will be just what I need.
I do get anxious when I cannot exercise, so Angie does have a point !
I have walked 103 miles this month, which is a record for me !

Best Laid Plans Of Mice and Men

Well, the visit to my brothers never happened, he had to work :-(
So we stayed at home, and invited the grown up kids with there kids,we had a bit of a shindig, and i dropped 12 cans of Cider !
I was in a happy mood, I weighed in at 13-13 or 195 lbs in the morning, which is a stunning achievement, even if I say so myself !
I didn't go over calories with food, and I never count cider, it is not often, only the second time this month I have had any.
Yesterday we went to visit another son, who is at uni, we had a Toby carvery, as it's his 20th birthday today .
This was all logged on MFP, and well within what I was allowed for the day .
Today I have just walked over 6 miles, to claw some calories back, back on it now for at least the next 8 days !

Plodding on

I weighed myself today, 14-0.25 I will be over the moon if I get into the 13s at weekend.
I haven't cycled for a while now, but back on it tomorrow to go to work and back for the next three days.

My wife found an old picture of me from 2009 today, I need to work out how to stitch two photos together, even my daughters were shocked 😲
A Polish driver was shocked, and sucked in his face and pinched it,then told me how good I was looking :-)

smashed it!

Wow, I weighed in at 14-1, or 197 lbs,well under 200:-) I am elated, the lightest I have been since starting this blog.
My dedication is solid this time,the death of my dear friend has inspired me like nothing ever could. I know he is looking down on me and smiling.

Well I fell on the 7th day,and got shitfaced.
I weighed myself Thursday morning and was 14.025!  today I was 14.2.25. Weigh in day tomorrow, walked another 6 miles today, I will be well chuffed with 14-2, here's hoping :-) I am working until next Friday now,so no more beer 🍻 for at least a week :-)

A nice walk today 7 miles

Quite shocked 😲 reading back on my blog that I was happy at my "regular " weight of 16-7. I am so happy to be in the low 14s,.I have got as low as my weight at the moment, but this time I am not going to give up. 5 days in on my #dryathelete :-)

Well chuffed

Weighed in today, I'm 200lb or 14-4.
I am over the moon with this.
I should soon be under 200, been on a 16 mile bike ride today.

Just Getting On With It.

Cycled the 20 miles (from my house) Fallowfield loop this morning, before work.
My official weigh in tomorrow, hope to be around 14-5 then I will be at my best weight pre Christmas.

I have also become a Dryathelete, which is a big challenge on my part. Tomorrow we are out watching our friends band in a pub near by.
my wife thinks it's the end of the world if I don't drink, but i am praying she see's that is not the case. I can be the designated driver, and people can donate to my just giving page !

Bring on 2015

Still doing great, been for a 3.5 mile walk in the rain today, back on my bike tomorrow.
I have also signed up for Dryathelete, much to my wife's dismay, , trying not to drink throughout January !
I have just discovered the forums on MFP (MyFitnessPal) very inspirational !
