Wow, 20 mins hill walk, 2 x 10 reps of 10kg arm curls, chest press, leg press, abs machine then finish with a 1k run, well chuffed.

Going well

Went again to the gym last night, 20 mins rolling hills and 20 mins incline 10 at 3.5 mph made me sweat. Weighed myself this morning before a pee, 16.11.25, impressive!
At a joint 18th and 40th tonight, and I am not drinking ,told the wife, she usually kicks off but was fine, unusual 😁.

Here We Go Again

Well, i did not join SW, too much resistance from the boss, but constant little jokes about my size, and myself eyeing up places where I will be able to sit and not be trapped in have been noticed by myself.
We both joined the gym last week, so yesterday I went, 20 mins hill walking then 10 mins on level 6 on the treadmill, for 10 mins, nothing remarkable, but it's a start. I weighed myself this morning 17.1 75 or 239.75 lbs

What's another year

Almost 12 months, and things have gone really awry . I had noticed things were getting a bit tighter, but was shocked to weigh myself the other day and find I was 17-3 , I have been stable around 16st for a long time.
We were at a party a few weeks ago, I was having a pee in the toilet, when a friends dad said to his mate, looking at my shirt , " that's not a shirt, it's a fucking tent" .
So, even though I have got a bad chesty cough, I am off to rejoin SW at 19.15 today, the boss has took a half price for 3 month deal at Pure Gym, so we will see how we both do lol .

One week in

And Angie could not find her SW book or card, luckily they let her have a new one. She has lost 2lbs and I have lost four. My initial weigh in was 16.5.5 now 16.1.5
I have been suffering for nearly two weeks now , and hope it clears soon, the weather is still to grim to cycle, so walking is all there is to do.
Loving the SW meals , but getting bored with the sasuages now !

Its that time again

Well me and the boss are rejoining SW on tues. Just stood in the que in Iceland wirh some SW meals and the guy in front of us says he has lost ten stone with them. How inspirational.  I want to lose five, and hope this time i achieve it.
I have been doing my fitness pal for a few days now, was gutted this morning weighed in at 16.3.75
