Had an hectic weekend last week, a funeral , all day 80s gig then a 50th, my poor liver, got an STS which i was very happy with!
Weigh in again today , 5.5 lost, thats 1 stone 6lbs in three weeks, i still have my mojo, got slimmer of the week too !

Still on it
Day three and still doing good, bit of a test later, it’s my step daughters 31st birthday celebration, so when I get home at 8pm it will be rocking!

Here we go again!
Joined SlimmingWorld again yesterday, worst ever, 19 5 , walked three miles, and about to do that again today.
