Had far too much to drink Sunday, and a weatherspoons mixed grill to boot !
Weighed myself Monday morning, had only put a quarter of a pound.
Felt like shit all day yesterday, had a chilli pasty from the pound bakery, then a take out curry for tea, which wasn't very nice, I ate one poppadum, and half a garlic nan, dipped in the curry sauce, i left my curry, didn't like it.
weighed myself this morning, showing 16-2, but knuckling back down now, and just done a four mile walk, to claw some of the damage back!
I am back pointing everything today, and Sunday is a way off, so got time to sort it ( I hope )
Back to work this afternoon, which is easier than being at home !
