D day tomorrow

Well I weighed myself this morning, 15.13.75, so hoping for a bit less tomorrow.
Just walked four and a half miles with angie, the weather is glorious sunshine at the moment.
We are having a new boiler fitted tomorrow, so I am up early to have a shower, before the water goes off, as I am working tomorrow too, then off for three days, where much exercise will be done :-)
