My friends funeral was a very special day, he had a fantastic send off.
It was a very long day for me, as after the wake I traveled to Glossop for a meal with my brother and his wife, as she was celebrating her 60th.
The day after I managed 13 miles on my bike, another 21 Sunday and another 21 Monday.
I am off for another ride soon, which will smash my 250 miles in November target.
It is also the start of seven days in work for me, so I can track everything I eat and drink, and hopefully get under 15 stones again !
