Well my back went Thursday ,but haven't let it get me down. Last night was takeout night but I had a Ww hotpot! An sp this morning showed 15.0.75 which would give me my first stone of this campaign on Monday. This is my last day of seven on the trot today, so having a little drink later, but only Ww friendly vodka !
