Ok. let today go, even if you eat until bed time! Tomorrow is another day, get some exercise in as early as possible. I always find that sorts my head out back to being on track. x
Dare i say you need the classes more than you think you do?I know it's a pain and expensive,it works out i paid £2 for every lb i lost but it was worth it.
