Well I resisted the canteen, left all my money in the car!
I am still down about gaining half a pound this week, and nosing around the internet early this
morning I remembered fridgegraph, loaded it up, and it still had all my data in it , from 2009,
so here it is, and I can remind myself I am still 2 stones lighter than when I started !
