Mojo found ?

 After years of regret at what I achieved 5 years ago, it is time to try again, with the lockdown, it is so easy to just sit at home and drink. I have just got a new electric bike, and have done 40 miles on it in 2 days, and not had a drink for 2 days too, every major journey starts with the first step !

Time for another go !

 In a few days, it's 30 years since 1991, when I started dieting, lost all of my weight, joined the gym and bulked right up.

I turned into a right vain twat, and a knob! I don't intend that to happen again, started this journey boxing day , done it so many times before, but every long journey starts with the first step .

Happy birthday to me

Went again last night, 45 mins on the treadmill, with 7 mins running, hope to get to 5K like I did last time soon!

On it yet again

Well, on boxing day night, I rejoined pure gym, frightened I did not tell the boss!
Went Thursday, Friday and going tonight when I finish,really like it in the middle of the night when its quiet!
First night I just did the treadmill, last night I did the mill then some arm and legs machines, early days but before the new year.

Fabulous

Wow, 20 mins hill walk, 2 x 10 reps of 10kg arm curls, chest press, leg press, abs machine then finish with a 1k run, well chuffed.

Going well

Went again to the gym last night, 20 mins rolling hills and 20 mins incline 10 at 3.5 mph made me sweat. Weighed myself this morning before a pee, 16.11.25, impressive!
At a joint 18th and 40th tonight, and I am not drinking ,told the wife, she usually kicks off but was fine, unusual 😁.
