But struggling, everything is in the air, down to 2 kids at home now, so everything is different, food is going moldy, other stuff is affected too, dishwasher and the washing.
The weather has been atrocious, with lots of trees and other damage being caused. Can't wait until it is nicer and I can exercise!

Fell at the first post !
It was going swimmingly, a 2.25 walk to work as well!
Angie was run off her feet at home, and by the time I had finished, it was a chippy tea, so I ended up having special fried rice, chips and prawn crackers !
I then washed that down with 3 litres of Cider !
Yesterday was much better, and i finished up 400 calories under.
The weather does not help at all, constant cold rain and very windy.
I am off tomorrow, so will get some exercise in !

2 months since the last post
Tut tut tut tut !
Trying with map my fitness again.
An old friend of mine has promised to try find some pictures of me when I lost all my weight in the early 90s, and beefed up, and was known locally as " Little Arnie "
those days are long gone, but to see myself then would be an inspiration.
Still working, still loving my job, trying to get on the late rota, I love the later shifts.
We are looking forward to another granddaughter, should be arriving in the next few weeks.

Back Again !

I made the above video Sunday afternoon, and was devastated at seeing myself in it, but the video itself is funny. So, i have started again with my fitness friend, and am trying to abstain from beer until Christmas eve, did ok yesterday, hope to do so today too !

It's been so long, since I seen you !!
Jesus it's the middle of October already, weighed myself this morning , 16.4.5 which is 2.5 lbs down from the other week, but I work a lot of lates now, so much less drinking time, which is a good thing !!
So many things have changed, our next son has just started Uni, and we have a new grand daughter on the way, we are all so excited.!!
The council tried to fine us for taking the kids on holiday, but we took them on and won, and withdrew the court case !
The weather has finally broken, after a very good summer, but we are both gutted as I have preset holiday's so we cant go abroad for the next 3 years, and by that time only our youngest daughter will be coming with us, that's down from 5 to one in ten years !!
I have just installed "Moves" on my new Sony Z1 phone, which I had to get after Sony shafted me on the repair of my Sony Z, I am very disappointed with them .
Moves tracks all your activity, so I want to see just how good it is !
Work goes on relentlessly, but for that we are grateful.

Yet Another Re Start
Well, my school group ( The class of 79 ) has really took off !
We are now talking about a reunion, and I am well up for that, but not in a rush !
Talking to a good friend, he knows one person who now lives on the other side of the world, who is coming back to the UK next July, that would be a brilliant time, and gives me time to lose some weight, so here we go !
I am using My Fitness Pal, as it is a very handy app, and it's free !!
I currently weigh 16.5.5
