Well here's my 2nd post for 2013 !
The weather has not let up at all, rain, rain and more rain !
I am back at work now, my 3rd day just about to start.
I want to do something about my weight before our holiday in May, but the boss is insistent we ain't joining WW or SW, so just plain old exercise for us, when it stops raining !
I have abandoned Android by the way , I now have an Iphone 5 !
I have just ordered a 3D Sony bloggie off Amazon, so hopefully will have a new toy to play with soon !

Morning 2013
Had an early night last night, Angie was at work, and so I watched the fireworks for 15 minutes in London then went to bed. I had to listen to the volley of fireworks that gradually abated, until some idiot decided to do another salvo around 2 AM !
My party went brilliantly, I was so humbled by the amount of family and friends that came to see me .
I am now 50 years old !
hoping to get a walk around Dovestones today, weather permitting !

OMG !
It's nearly 3 months since my last post, Tut Tut !
We have been to a funeral for our 29 year old friend ( we were at his wedding reception in April ) , and a few gigs and parties too. We went to the rewind gig, saw Leo Sayer, Hot Chocolate and Smokie. We left before David Cassidy came on !
We also went to the war of the worlds gig, that we had have tickets for since April, It wasn't as fantastic as I hoped it would be. This might have been affected by an impulse by both me and Angie, after seeing it advertised, to buy 4 tickets to a local drama production of Whistle Down the Wind. It was quite simply stunning !
I turn 50 in less than 2 weeks, and hope to restart my diet properly in the new year. I have collected some old pictures of me from my ex wife, and to look at myself back then really does amaze me !
I have today and Tomorrow in work, off Friday, in Saturday and then off until the 3rd of January.

Two Days In
Well I am in the middle of a 5 day works stint now, not off until Wednesday. so that does help keep off the cider !
I just weighed myself, and I am 14-11 this morning, that's 5 lbs lighter than the other day !
To put it politely, my visit to the mens room has dropped from two to one visit a day, so I was literately full of shit !
The fridge is now stocked with WW yoghurt's and fruit bowls, and I must say, this is a lovely meal for any occasion.
I went back to work last night, learning a bit more about allocating, who know's , one day !
Elsewhere, I have just finished ripping about 40 music dvd's to add to my mega jukebox on my pc !

Not As Bad !
As I thought it would be ! 15-2.25 This morning, so I havent put that much on whilst off the rails.
It's a shame the loss isn't directly proportional to the gain you get, or else I will be at target in Three months !

Another Month Gone
And I have rejoined WW online again tonight, I must use these next three months up to my 50Th as wisley as possible. I am guessing I am around 15-6, but will weigh myself in the morning to check.
