Sorry to myself

Well I have been cycling for a month now,done just under 140 miles,and hope to better this for the new month that starts tomorrow.
I am afraid Facebook is taking over my blogging mojo, I really must try harder.
Done 10 miles today. Now at work.

Just after I got back, there was a torrential downpour, glad I missed it ! 

Another 5 miles

so that's 50 so far this month, I want to smash 100 by the end of it.
Still tracking everything I eat,will weigh in on Friday.
Daughters house move still under way,to be finished by Saturday.

Still at it

done another 4.5 miles today, before work, wet and windy, and our eldest daughter is moving house so it's quite hectic here,and she has a baby due any day soon!  Keeping an eye on what I eat too,but we are out on a works meal Friday, and I am going to let my hair down then :-)

And I Did

Furthest Yet !   My back is hurting, but it will have to get used to it , weather is deteriorating quickly, so got it done whilst I could !

Good weekend

I did eight miles yesterday, I am so in love with my bike. Not had any time to get out today, but have a much later start tomorrow, so will be giving it large :-)

Loving it, came yesterday, done five miles on it, and another three today in the rain. Off tomorrow and Sunday, going to put a lot more on :-)
