Todays WI :-)

Well, when we woke up this morning , I was seriously thinking of telling Angie Icouldn't be arsed going to WI today. She was up for it , so reluctantly showered and shaved. I have been working all week,so hard to track everything. I havent gone off the rails,just a bit naughty , but was shitting myself in the queue at WW. I was praying for an STS,but instead got 1.5 lbs loss!
Im so chuffed , I am now 16.0 ! Wow,here come the 15s ! Have a great weekend folks. x

WI Week 9

Well Im not suprised , not been tracking that well, but still lost 1/2 lb.

Im going to knuckle down now,for next week.

Dieting at work

Well it started great , but im not eating all my points , so succumed to spam on toast this morning from the canteen ! I go out on the road with my buddy driver on Friday. weather has been abysmal here for days. just used my new camera for a quick minute , heres a little Bumble Bee !

Bus Passes

In hand , we went to Hollingworth lake Today. We walked about 500yds when the heavens opened. We retired to the local hostelry,where we both had fish chips and peas. We won't be having anything else today , and I have only had a bacon sarnie this morning , so should be ok.

Work and stuff

Well 1st week now over , just got a suprise gig tonight so going to end up drinking , and WI tomorrow , hope i have a loss, i am still gutted after last weeks sts.
Work is going great , on route learning now , so starting at 5am every morning,but sticking to my diet fine. Will post again tomorrow after WI and a good walk around Hollingworth Lake.
Will have my trusty new camera with me !

Well 2nd day at work , and most immediate impact is my almost vanishing from the WW chat boards! Im still tracking and behaving though!

I would love to post loads of pics , but my camera hasnt arrived at the pickup point yet, so a missed opportunity! not drinking tonight,I start my new job in the morning.

Music Heals The Soul

God its so boring tonight , with such excitement to come tommorow,starting with WI !
Im sat here , Pink Floyd - The Wall on full tilt. It still takes me back to the first time I heard it , on double LP in 1984 ! I sat at the table with my headphones on,mouth agape through it all.
It sounds as fantastic now as it did then , yet the changes my life has gone through,lovers come and gone , my beautiful children being born,betryal and betraying,is mindblowing !
Im hoping we have a good WI tomoz , its a day earlier than usual. Im taking the Vaio with me , so will post the result , however bad , when we get to Liverpool,im still reeling from a 1.5lb loss only last week !

What a Walk !

I walked 8.2 miles today , earning lots of bonus points ! Walking is very theraputic too. I was just seeing how long it would take me to get to my new place of work , 1 hour 10 mins - too long !
My car is on ebay , got someone coming to see it,I want my new camera sooo bad !

Well its official

I am full of sh1t ! Toilet been blocked for 24 hours now , if its not fixed today there is gonna be trouble ! Had a great day yesterday , or a bad one , which ever way you look at it , i only had 17 of my 30 points allowance,but i need to claw back the weekend excess!
Zero point onion soup for dinner today,should be another good day,still panicking about the coming weekend,travelodge and all you can eat breakfasts !

Bank holiday Blowout !

Well there goes the weekend,not really eaten over my points , but maybe a pint or two lol.
Angies back at work tonight, so its back to the real world. We are away this coming weekend too,but we are going to WI on Fri morning,before we travel to liverpool. Hope everyone has a great week !

Weighed in this morning 1.5 lbs off , so getting there !
